Enchondromatosis

Expensile lytic lesions with narrow zone of transition involving the 1st metacarpus, 1st proximal and middle phalanges — metaphyseal region.
Cortical thinning is noted in 1st metacarpus and 1st proximal phalanx. Cortical thinning with possible breach is noted in 1st middle phalanx.
Soft tissue reveals no abnormality.
